dosfsck -There are differences between boot sector and its backup.-

부팅시에 아래와 같은 메세지가 뜹니다.

Not automatically fixing this.
/dev/sda1: 84380 files, 951647/1918827 clusters

부팅한 다음 dosfsck 명령어에 -a 옵션이 있길래 돌려봤는데 위와 같은 메세지만 나오고

변화가 없습니다. 부팅시에 저 메세지를 어떻게 하면 없앨수 있나요?

해당 파티션에 문제가 있는 것 같네요.
자동으로 복구가 안되면 일단 해당 파티션에 있는 파일들을 복사하시고 포맷을
(또는 전체 파일을 삭제)하는게 좋습니다.
파일에 문제가 발생한 것으로 보이므로 복사가 안되는 파일도 있을 수 있습니다.
