윈도우 사이트에서 신청을 해도 이상한 소리만 하고 주지를 않습니다.

해보시는게 어떠실런지요?
윈도우 사이트에 무엇을 신청하신건지 모르겠지만...

MSDN에 MS-DRM관련 내용이 있긴있습니다.

우리나라에서 가장 많이 쓰는 DRM은 잘 모르겠지만
