Eterm 한글 폰트설정문제

Gentoo 에서 eterm-0.9.3-r4 를 사용하고 있습니다.
처음 설치했을때 바로 한글이 잘 나왔었는데 emerge 업데이트하고 나니 설정이 바뀌어졌는지 한글이 네모로 깨져보입니다.
임시로 $ Eterm -M -*-gulim-medium-r-normal--14-*-*-*-*-140-ksc5601.1987-0으로 실행해서 쓰고 있습니다.
검색한 내용을 보고 지시한 대로 따라해도 해결되지 않네요.
~/.Eterm/themes/Eterm/user.cfg 파일을수정해주면 된다는 데 정확히 어떻게 해야 되는 지 모르겠습니다.
해당 설정파일중에서 수정해야 할 부분이 아래인 것 같은 데 이러저리 해봐도 잘 되지가 않네요.
