며칠동안 한글입력땜에
열받았었습니다

(Debian 혹은 Ubuntu 에서)

UIM 컴파일 제대로 하고
uim-toolbar-gtk도
제대로 띄웠는데

막상 한글 입력하려니 안되네요

uim 공식문서대로 설정해도
입력패드는 잘 실행되는데

결국 한글로 전환이 안되었습니다

참고문서든 답변이든
이 문제를 해결할 실마리
좀 알려주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다

vmware 설치하고
vmware-config.pl 을 실행시키면

The header files in /usr/include are generally for C libraries, not for the
running kernel. If you do not have kernel header files in your /usr/src
directory, you probably do not have the kernel-source package installed. Are yousure that /usr/include contains the header files associated with your running
kernel? [no] yes

이런게 나오는데요.. 위에처럼 yes를 치면

The directory of kernel headers (version 2.4.20) does not match your running
kernel (version 2.6.14-1.1653_FC4). Even if the module were to compile
successfully, it would not load into the running kernel.

하지만, 아직 고민중입니다.
현재 1년에 5천원한 하는 아주 싼 웹호스팅을 통해 wiki를 사용하고 있습니다. 그런데 이 웹호스팅이 좋긴 한데, 용량과 트래픽, 프로그램 설치의 제한때문에 wiki나 블로그 외엔 더 활용이 힘들겠더군요.

제가 하고 싶은 것은, 경량화된 안녕리눅스를 깔고서, dynamic ip를 dns 서비스하는 것을 받고,

wiki 로 문서 관리

레드햇 엔터프라이즈(kernel 2.4)쓰고있습니다
사용중인 랜카드는
리얼텍 8139C(on board,IRQ=10)와
리얼텍 8139C(pci,IRQ=5)두개를 쓰고 있습니다
그런데 리얼텍 8139D(pci)를 하나 더 추가해서
랜카드를 설정할려고 하는데 잡히질 않네여

모듈을 보니깐 리얼텍 8139C는 8139too로 설정되있길래
/etc/modules.conf에 이렇게 설정하고
alias eth2 8139too

/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth2 파일도 설정해주고
네트워크 restart하니깐 자꼬 디바이스를 못찾는다고 나오네요
