[질문] iconv 출력파일 지정하기

안녕하세요.

UTF-8 인코딩된 파일을 UCS-2 형식으로 바꾸려 합니다.

iconv -f UTF-8 -t UCS-2 asdf.txt > asdf_ucs2.txt

이렇게는 동작을 안하는군요.

--output 이런 옵션이 있어야 할것 같은데, 제 기계의 iconv 맨페이지에는 보이지 않습니다.

방법이 있을지요?

iconv asdf.txt -f utf-8 -t UCS-2 -o asdf_ucs2.txt
저는 이런 식으로 주로 씁니다.

iconv --help
라고 하면 더 많은 옵션이 나옵니다.

ps. 근데 저는 dmlord님이 말씀하신 방법으로 하니까 파일이 생성됩니다.

그런데 iconv 커맨드에 -o 옵션이 있는 경우도 있고 없는 경우도 있는 모양입니다.
제 기계의 iconv에는 -o 옵션이 없네요.

그리고 리다이렉션을 써서 stdout으로 나오는 결과물을 파일로 저장하니 특정 텍스트가 깨지는 현상이 생깁니다 ㅠㅠ

리다이렉션을 사용했기 때문이 아니라, 그건 iconv 의 버그이거나아니면 현재 input encoding 혹은 output encoding 에서 제대로 처리할 수 없는 글자이기 때문입니다.

전 대게 아래와 같이 사용합니다.
cat inputfile | iconv -f cp949 -t utf-8 > outputfile
