Centos 5.0 kernel compile error

안녕하세요. 이번에 새로 커널 컴파일을 하고 2.6.18.prep 버전을 사용 중에 있습니다.

그러나 커널 메모리 인식을 4G에서 64G로 올리기 위해 make menuconfig 실행 후
해당 옵션 변경 후 make와 make install 까지는 정상적으로 실행 이 됩니다.

그러나 make modules 실행 시 아래 에러가 계속 나오고 있습니다.

소스rpm 으로 설치 하였고 혹시나 해서 mrperpro 실행 후 처음부터 해도 에러가 나네요.

에러 내용에 cputype 등등이 있어 시스템 정보와 커널 확인을 해보아도 잘못 선택 한건 없는거 같은데 혹시
소스rpm 으로 커널 컴파일 시 주의 사항이나 참고 할만한 정보가 있다면 문의 드립니다.

그런데 2.6.18-prep으로 커널 버전이 표시되던데, prep의 의미를 알고싶습니다. 전혀 정보를 찾을 수가 없네요.

바꾸고 싶으면 그냥 헤더파일 부분 KERNELVERSION이나 UTS_RELEASE 부분만 바꿔주면 되는건가요?
