RAID 5에서 디스크 교체

RAID 5 레벨에서 디스크에 장애가 발생되어 다른 디스크로 교체하였을 때
교체된 디스크는 mdadm --detail /dev/md0 명령을 실행해 보면active sync로
되어 있지 않고, Spare로 되어 있습니다. 인터넷상의 문서에서는 필요할 때 active로
된다고 하는데 어떻게 해야 추가된 디스크가 active sync로 잡히는 건지요?

고장난 디스크를 새로운 디스크로 교체해 놓으면 마운트된 레이드 경로는 읽기 전용으로
쓰기 작업이 불가능해지는군요. 문제가 있는 것이겠지요?

그러나 부팅하여 자동 레이드가 구성되도록 하면 정상대로 되는 것 같습니다.
