int86(0x1a,...) 로 구한 날짜하고 getdate로 구한 날짜하고 차이가 발생할수도 있나요?

int86(0x1a,...) 로 구한 날짜하고 getdate로 구한 날짜하고 차이가 발생할수도 있나요?

도스기반의 장비의 로그를 보던중 날짜가 차이가 나는 부분이 있어서 소스를 보니 틀린부분이 각각 위와 같이 구현이 되어 있었습니다.

무려 이틀이 넘게 차이가 나는데...

그런데 이상한게.. 둘다 시스템의 시간을 얻어올텐데.. 차이가 발생한다는게 쉽게 납득이 가지 않고 있습니다..

차이가 발생할수도 있는것인지 알고 싶습니다.

지역에 따른 시간 계산법에 나오는 차이점은 아닐까요 ?
