윈도우에서 리다이렉션

안녕하십니까?
빌드자동화를 하려고 스크립트를 작성하는데...
뭐 대단한건 아니고 powershell로 하려다가 너무 막막해서 vb script 로 작성중입니다.
그런데 build 후에 발생되는 에러나 출력화면을 콘솔이나 텍스트로 다 캡쳐를 하려는데...
이게 원래 안되나요?
build 옵션 > err.txt 2>&1
위와 같이 하면 콘솔화면에서는 안나오지만 err.txt 파일에 기록이 됩니다만 콘솔화면에도 err.txt 파일에도 동시에 캡쳐할수 있는 방법이 있을까요?
어디서 본듯도 한데...

스크립트 은근히 중독성 이네요?
딴일 젖혀두고 이것만 하고 있으니...ㅜㅜ

유닉스 파워툴인가?.. 어디선가 봤는지 기억은 안나지만,
작은 것이 아름답다는 유닉스의 철학이 생각 나는군요.

command | tee err.txt 2>&1

tee 명령을 파이프로 묶어 사용하시면 됩니다.

윈도우에서는 tee라는 명령어가 없는데...
tee를 대신할만것이 없을까요?
