vim 컬러설정이 안돼요 -_-;

vim 파일을 아래와 같이 하고 적용시켜도 첨부파일과 같이 배경이 회색으로 나오네요
TOhtml 등으로 변환하면 흰색 배경으로 잘 나오는데 텔넷으로 보면 그러네요 -_-;
이유를 아시는 분은 답변 좀 부탁드립니다..
