arp -s 명령에 대하여..

arm9 의 네트워크 장비가 있습니다.

이 장비의 mac address만 알고 있는데 임의의 ip를 세팅 하려합니다

로컬네트워크 상의 윈도우에서 arp -s 명령을 해도 적용이 안되네요

네트워크 장비에도 arp를 수신하는 별도의 프로그램이 필요한지

네트워크 장비는 어떤방식으로 arp -s 명령을 받아 수행하는지

알려주시면 감사하겠습니다..

질문을 제대로 이해했는지는 모르겠지만 댓글 남깁니다.

PC에서 해당 장비로 접속을 시도(ping과같은)해야 ARP 테이블에 해당 장비의 정보가 들어갑니다.

PC에서 WIRESHARK로 패킷을 보시면서 하시면 금방 아실텐데요..

만약 ARP 요구에 응답이 없다면 장비에 문제가 있을겁니다.
