데비안etch 에서 powernowd 를 사용할려면??

다름이 아니옵고 제놋북(튜리온64 x2) 에서 쿨앤콰이엇트기능을 사용할려고

powernowd를 설치하였습니다. 근데 실행을하면

/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/cpuinfo_max_freq: No such file or directory
 
PowerNowd encountered and error and could not start.
Please make sure that:
 - You are running a v2.6.7 kernel or later
 - That you have sysfs mounted /sys
 - That you have the core cpufreq and cpufreq-userspace
   modules loaded into your kernel
 - That you have the cpufreq driver for your cpu loaded,
   (for example: powernow-k7), and that it works. Check
   'dmesg' for errors.
If all of the above are true, and you still have problems,
please email the author: <a href="mailto:clemej@alum.rpi.edu" rel="nofollow">clemej@alum.rpi.edu</a>

다음은 제 시스템상황입니다. (에러메세지처럼 cpu0/cprfreq디렉토리가 없습니다..)

다른시스템에는 (우분투엣지)

/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/cpuinfo_max_freq 파일이있고 powernowd도

정상작동 합니다.

정상작동하는 위시스템의 커널 config파일을 그대로 가져다고 데비안에서 다시 컴파일 하였는데도

마찬가지네요.
