Firefox 에서 돋움 bold 가 이상하게 나옵니다

예전부터 이랬는데 그냥 무시하고 쓰고 있었는데 자꾸 거슬리네요

컹커러에서는 잘 나오는데 왜 firefox 만 이런지 ...

일정 크기 이상의 돋움 bold 는 이상하게 나옵니다.

Ctrl - 를 눌러서 축소를 좀 시키면 또 괜찮게 나오는데 크기를 키우면 저러네요.

OpenOffice 에서도 해보니 "돋움", "돋움체"는 볼드를 주고 글씨를 키우면 ㅇ 받침들이 이상하게 나오네요.

글꼴 자체의 버그입니다. 아마 다른 자소는 다 시계방향 윤곽선으로 되어 있는데 ㅇ만 반 시계방향으로
되어 있어서 그럴 가능성이 많습니다. 오페라는 이걸 알아서 고쳐서 볼드체를 만들어주는 듯 한데,
gtk 프로그램은 그렇지 않기 때문에 볼드체가 오히려 더 가늘게 렌더링됩니다.
해결책은 문제가 있는 윈도 글꼴을 안 쓰거나, gtk 프로그램에서도 오페라처럼 문제가 있는 자소를
수정해서 글꼴을 렌더링하도록 패치가 될 때까지 기다리는 것입니다.

굴림 쓰려고 윈도우에서 TTF 파일들을 몽땅 복사해 놓았는데

돋움, 한컴돋움 등등에 해당하는 TTF 파일들 찾아서 지우면 해결 되겠죠?

원래 저 모양입니다. 은 서체, 맑은 고딕체, 한겨레결체, ttf-alee체를 쓰시거나
묵향 4.0을 구입하셔서 쓰면 됩니다.

웹에 돌아다니는 출처 불명의, 혹은 개인이 만든 서체는 대부분 9pt에서만
찔끔 잘 보이고 다른 크기에선 영 아닌 것들입니다.
