서버 웹페이지 공동 관리는 어떻게?

안녕하세요?

우분투 서버를 설치해서 웹서버로 쓰려고 합니다. 그런데 컴퓨터 관리는 한 명의 관리자가 하고 웹페이지만 세 명이 관리하게 하고 싶은데 어떻게 해야 할 지 모르겠습니다. 웹페이지 디렉토리에 그룹 쓰기 권한을 주고 세 명을 그 그룹에 넣으면 되기는 하겠지만 파일을 생성할 때마다 그룹 쓰기 권한을 변경해 주어야 하니까 번거로울 것 같습니다.

보통 어떻게 하는지 알고 싶습니다.

umask를 참조 하세요.
생성된 파일의 초기 permission을 설정 해줍니다.
파일 생성 후 일일이 group permission에 대한 수정 필요 없습니다.

감사합니다. umask는 알고 있습니다만 웹페이지 파일 뿐만 아니라 개인 파일까지 그런 권한으로 만들어서 좀 불편한 것 같습니다. 다른 방법은 없나요?

CVS나 Subversion을 쓸 수 있나요? Repository를 보통 디렉토리와 파일로 둘 수 있나요? 그래서 commit를 하면 바로 웹페이지가 변할 수 있도록...
