모니터 3개 쓴 이후로 Gnome Term이 느려졌습니다..

모니터 2개쓸때는 문제가 없었는데 3개쓴이후로 Gnome Term 에서 스크롤링이나 엔터치면은 반응속도가 상다히 느려졌습니다..

vga카드는 Nvidia 6600GT(Pci Express*16) 에 모니터 2대 Nvidia Mx4000 PCI 한대를 연결했구 Ram은 2G입니다.
배포판은 Ubuntu5.10입니다..
우역곡절끝에 xorg.conf를 3대로 셋팅하고서 해봤는데 Gnome Term에서만 느립니다.. Xterm에서는 전혀 그런현상이 없습니다..
xorg.conf에서 그래픽 가속 Enable해줘도 별반 차이가 없습니다..
혹시 다른 셋팅이나 아니면 드라이버상에 문제인가요?? 혹시 아시는분 있으시면 조언부탁드립니다..

cpu : p4 2.8g
ram : 512
os : debian
vga : matrox g550(듀얼 모니터 사용)

사양은 P4 2.8G ram 512 이고 메트록스 g550을 사용중입니다.

저도 같은 문제가 생겨서 고생했었습니다.

저는

폰트를 "굴림" 에서 "courier 10 pitch"로 바꾸고
효과에서 모든 기능을 꺼 주니까 정상속도로 돌아 왔습니다.

ps : 모니터 여러개 다는 것이 속도에 큰 영향을 끼치지는 않을 겁니다. 일전에 재미 삼아 모니터 6대 달아서 놀았었는데 속도 저하는 없었습니다.

폰트는 저도 courier 10 pitch로 사용하고 있습니다..
처음에는 효과가 있어서 느렸지만 효과를 끄고 해도 얼마 지나지 않아서 바로 느려집니다..
구글에서 찾아보면은 저와 같은 사례가 있기 있었는데 폰트에 안티앨런싱을 끄고서 하면 괜찮아진다고 해서
해봤지만.. 여전히 느립니다...
