우분투에서 포트포워딩하려는데 에러가 납니다.

portfw: setsockopt failed: Protocol not available

위와같은 에러가 납니다.

하려고 하는것은 80번 포트를 VMPLAYER로 돌리는 서버로 보낼려고 하거든요.

sudo ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L [내 IP주소] 80 -R [VMPLAYER의 IP주소] 80

그래서 찾아보니까 커널 컴파일을 해야 한다고 나옵니다.
혹시 안하고는 못하나요?

젠투 쓸땐 일부러 많이 했는데.. 하는게 웬지 찝찝해서요..

iptables로 안 돼서 ipmasqadm을 사용하시는 건지요? ipmasqadm... 웬지 이전 버전의 커널에서 사용하던 ipfwadm과 비슷한 분위기인데요- 자세한 건 "iptables"로 검색하시면 되겠지만, 대략 다음과 같습니다.

# sudo iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -d [내 IP주소] --dport 80 -j DNAT --to-destination [VMPLAYER의 IP주소]:80

해봤습니다.. 그런데 두가지 방법 모두 안되네요.

사용하면 쉽게 설정할 수 있습니다.

$ apt-cache show rinetd

Quote:

Description: Internet TCP redirection server
rinetd redirects TCP connections from one IP address and port to another,
with basic IP-based access control.

rinetd is a single-process server which handles any number of connections
to the address/port pairs specified in the file /etc/rinetd.conf. Since
rinetd runs as a single process using nonblocking I/O, it is able to
redirect a large number of connections without a severe impact on the
machine. This makes it practical to run services on machines inside an IP
masquerading firewall.
