내부망과 외부망이 공존할 경우 DNS셋팅은?

안녕하십니까?
다름이 아니라 이번에 회사의 DNS 서버를 셋팅하게 됐는데요.
내부망과 외부망으로 나뉘어져 있습니다.
문제는 외부망이야 그냥 DNS설정을 하면 되겠지만 내부망은 DNS설정을 어떻게 해야할지가
궁금해서요.

단지 caching only server로 셋팅 한 후에 내부서버들은 /etc/hosts에 등록해서 사용해야 하는지 아니면 forwarding server라는 것이 있는것 같은데 어떤 원리인지도 궁금하네요.

다른 분들 혹시 이런 환경에서는 어떻게 DNS서버를 설정해야 하는지 좀 가르쳐 주세요.
외부망에 DNS서버를 셋팅해 놓고 그것만 사용해도 문제는 없을 것 같은데요.

혹시 내부망에 있는 서버로 쿼리를 해야 할 경우 ip 맵핑을 시켜서 하는 방법으로 가능할려는지요?

우선 내부망에 DNS서버를 설치합니다
그다음 내부망에 있는 클라이언트 컴퓨터들의 DNS를 내부망의 DNS로
잡아주시면 됩니다

내부망 자체적으로 사설 도메인을 사용하실려면 DNS서버 설정을 해줘야 합니다.

내부망이 외부망과 연결되어 있어서 내부망에서도 인터넷이 된다면
클라이언트에서 DNS를설정할때 외부에 있는 DNS를 잡아주셔도
무방합니다.
