GD 라이브러리 설치 방법이 궁금합니다.

페도라 코어 3를 사용중입니다.
친구가 GD 라이브러리가 필요하다해서 설치를 하려 하는데 검색을 해도 없고
네이버에 나온것은

3. 압축 해제한 디렉토리로 이동한다.

이게 전부 입니다... 따라서 해봤는데

이런 글귀가 나왔습니다.
그런데 솔직히 제대로 설치가 됬는지도 모르겠고..
인터넷 찾아보니 이미 설치가 되어있다는 글도 있고
aphache를 다시 컴파일 하라고 하는분도 있고[사실 이건 할줄을 모릅니다]

더이상 어떻게 진행을 해야 될지 막막합니다.
혹시 이전에 설치해보신 분 계시면 도움 부탁드립니다.
rpm으로 검색해보니 설치가 되어있는것도 갔습니다..

설치되어 있습니다.

gd-x.y.z가 설치되어 있으니, gd에 의존하는 다른 프로그램이 정상 동작할 것이며,
gd-devel-x.y.z가 설치되어 있으니, gd library를 쓰는 프로그램을 build할 수 있습니다.
