[재질문] unix에서 날짜별로 파일 지울려는데 방법 좀 가르쳐주

특정 디렉토리에 있는 파일중에서
지금으로부터 한달 이전 파일을 삭제하고 싶습니다.
방법이 없나요?

rm 명령에는 날짜별로 삭제할 방법이 없는거 같은데...

find로 찾기도 힘든것 같고.....ㅠ.ㅠ

답변 좀 부탁드립니다.
