DELL의 서버 A/S는 어떤가요?

리눅스 관련 질문은 아니지만 여쭈어 볼곳이 여기밖에 없네요..
염치불구하고 올립니다..

DELL 서버 A/S 경험해 보신분 계신가요?
PC의 경우 아웃소싱에 퀄리티도 극악이라고 알려져 있습니다만..
서버는 DELL 엔지니어가 직접 지원 해 준다고 얘기가 있네요..
경험해 보신분 조언 부탁 드립니다..

델 서버는 구입시 워런티 관련도 구매하셨으면 가능합니다.

파트에 대한 3년 워런티만 되어 있으면 부품교체만 가능하구요..

엔지니어가 지원도 시간으로 구매하셨으면 되는데...가격이 올라갑니다.

전화해서 한번 물어보는게 가장 정확합니다.

어떤 서버이든 파트가 문제가 되면 교체를 해야 되는건 똑같습니다.

조립의 장단점,, 델의 장단점이 있습니다..

개인적으로 델서버 많이 사용해봤고..지금도 사용하지만...

조립이랑 가격차이 많이 나지 않습니다.^^
