[ARP질문] : ARP Cache에 엔트리가 있는 상태에서 ARP Request가

질문 그대로인데요..
특정 IP-A에 대해서 ARP Cache가 존재하는 상황인데도
ARP Request가 나가네요... 해당 IP-A로 패킷을 계속 던지고
그에 대한 ACK을 받아서 특정 루틴 처리를 하는데요..

ARP Request가 나가고, Request에 대한 Reply가 와서
다시 ARP Cache를 업데이트하면서 주기적으로 packet loss가
발생합니다. 이 주기는 약 47초 정도일때도 있고.. 25~26초
정도일때도 있어요..

무슨 문제일까요?
혹 ARP Cache의 유/무에 상관없이 강제적으로 ARP Request를
송신하게 하는 옵션이 커널에 있는 것인가요?

고수분들의 도움을 간절히 부탁드립니다.

상대방으로부터 계속 ACk packet을 받는 다면 ARP table은 refresh 되어 문제가 없어야 하는데요.

혹시 IP 충돌과 같은 문제 아닐까요?
혹 모르니 ethereal과 같은 tool로 다른 놈이 동일한 IP로 arp나 broadcast를 보내는지 확인해 보는 것이 좋을 것 같네요.
