Gnome2에서 배경 이미지 계속 바꾸기

예를 들어 배경 이미지로 쓸만한 image file들이 ~/image/wallpaper/ 아래에 존재한다고 가정하면, 다음 명령을 내리면 1분마다 배경 이미지를 바꿔 줍니다.

$ gnome-background-interator -i 1m ~/image/wallpaper

무한 반복하고 싶으면 '-l' 옵션을 씁니다.

도움말을 보고 싶으면 '--help'를 씁니다.

$ gnome-background-iterator --help
Usage: gnome-background-iterator [OPTION...] FILE...
Change background images of Gnome Desktop.

  -i,  --interval=N  set the interval of background changing
  -f,  --force       force gnome to draw the background image
  -l,  --loop        repeat infinitely  

       --help        display this help and exit
       --version     output version information and exit

       --debug       show debugging information

Background images are specified in FILE. If you give a directory
name rather than image files, this program will search all image
files in that directory recursively.

Interval is the number of seconds without suffix.
It can be given in string format. See man page of sleep(1).
For example, '60s' means 60 seconds, '3m' means 3 minutes, '2h' means 2 hours, '1d' means 1 day.

$ gunzip gnome-background-iterator.gz
$ chmod +x gnome-background-iterator
$ _
