[gcc설치]최소사양으로 설치시 gcc 설치 하는 방법좀 알려주세요

안녕하세요..
redhat-Enterprise Linux DeSKTOP 탑을 이번에 설치를 했습니다..
설치시 최소 사양으로 설치를 했습니다...
제가 하고싶은 것은 응용프로그램을 좀더 자세하게 설치 하고 싶어서 소스로 남아진 설치 할려구 최소 설치를 했습니다...
음..우선은 gcc를 먼저 설치할려고 소스을 가져와서 설치시
에러가 나네요...에러메세지는 잘 생각이 나지 않아서...올리지는 못했지만...
컴파일을 못한다는 에러메세지가 뜹니다...

제가 궁금한것은...
* 최소사양으로 설치시 gcc를 설치 하는 방법은 없나요?

제가 말주변이 별로 없어 설명을 잘 못했네요...
여러 고수님들의 너그러운 마음으로 용서를...

혹시 설치하실때 gcc마저도 제외하고 설치하신건 아닌가요?
