elipse 실행시 에러입니다. 도와주세요

다운받은곳:eclipse.org

이상하게 제 노트북에서 안되네요 실행하면 첨부한 파일 챕쳐에서 나타나듯이
저러한 에러가 뜹니다. 어떻게 해야 하나요?

어떤 버전의 JVM을 쓰시나요? http://java.sun.com에 가셔서 최신버전(1.4.2)의 JVM을 다운받아 설치하시기 바랍니다.
