mysql레코드를 업데이트 할 때, 업데이트한 시간이 자동으로 남

mysql로 만든 테이블이 있고요.
레코드를 업데이트 할 때 마다 업데이트 하는 시간을 남기고 있는데요.
좀 더 효율적인 방법(테이블 설계단계에서 결정되는)이 있는지 알고싶습니다.
이를테면.. 업데이트하면 자동으로 특정필드가 현재시간으로 기록된다던지 하는 방법이요.
그런 방법이 있는지 알고싶습니다^^

컬럼을 timestamp 타잎으로 하시면 row update 시마다 시간이 업데이트 됩니다..
