시그윈과 리눅스 환경에서 출력문에 대한 문제...

안녕하세요..
오픈소스 분석을 위해 소스 코드에 printf문을 잔뜩 집어 넣고 컴파일을 했는데요.
시그윈 환경에서 실행파일 실행시에는 출력문이 제대로 나오는데,
리눅스 환경에서 실행할 때는 출력문이 나오지 않아 버립니다. 몇 개만 출력되고요... 아무리 생각해봐도 이유를 모르겠습니다. (두 환경에서의 컴파일 옵션은 같게 했습니다.) 아시는 분 계시면 답변 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.

좀더 자세히 질문하세요..

cygwin과 리눅스의 컴파일 옵션은 같은데, 몇개는 나오고 몇개는 안나오는 일반적인 차이에 관한 것은 없습니다.

추측컨데, fflush 등을 안해서 생기는 문제겠지요..
