mrtg설치중에 에러 메시지 ?? 어떻게 해야하나요??

아래와 같은 메세지가 나오고 설치가 안되는데요..
어찌해야 하나요??
LANGUAGE = (unset),
LC_ALL = (unset),
LANG = "ko_KR.eucKR.UTF-8"
이걸 셋팅 안해줘서 그런가요?
이거 어디서 어떻게 셋팅하나요?? ㅠㅠ;
