[--`` 질문인데염]utmp구조체에 exit_status는 뭔징..

struct exit_status {
short int e_termination;
short int e_exit;
}

utmp맨페이지 보면 utmp구조체랑..위에 저거랑 나오는데염..

저건 뭐하는 거죠?

뿌려보니까.. 무슨 값인지는 모르겠는데..

참조는 my_utmp -> exit_status.e_terminaion 이런식으로..하고..

맞낭.?..ㅡㅡ``

e_termination = 32822
e_exit = 3561

이런 값들이 들어오던데..

이것들이 뭔지 좀 갈쳐주셈..ㅜㅜ

The exit_status data structure is used to hold information about the
exit status of processes marked as DEAD_PROCESS in the user
accounting database.

struct exit_status
{
short e_termination; /* Process termination status*/
short e_exit;
}

e_termination Termination status of a process.

e_exit The exit status of the process.

저도 위에 내용은 아는데염..

e_exit하고 e_termination에 실제로 어떤 값이 들어가는지 감이

안잡혀서요..

보면

u -> ut_exit.e_termination = WTERMSIG(process -> p_exit)

u -> ut_exit.e_exit = WEXITSTAUTS(process -> p_exit)

라는데.. 저값이 뭔지..ㅡㅡ

잘 몰라서염..

;u -> ut_exit.e_termination = WTERMSIG(process -> p_exit)
--> process를 종료시킨 SIGNAL Number

;u -> ut_exit.e_exit = WEXITSTAUTS(process -> p_exit)
--> Process가 Exit할때 retrun한 value
