proFTP 익명업로드가능하게하는 설정

리눅스와 인연을 맺은지 얼마되지 않은 생 초보입니다
proftp접속은 잘되는데 업로드가 않되요
설정은 맞는거 같은데 이상 하게도...

익명업로드 가능케 할라믄 어디를 수정해야 할까요 도와 주세요
그리고 업로드시 파일의 용량에 제한받지 않고 업로드 할수 있을까요
