telnet 데몬 내리기..와 xinetd

안녕하세요.
redhat 7.3사용자입니다.
telnet 데몬을 내리고 싶습니다.
ntsysv에서 telnet 항목을 체크 해제하고
service xinetd restart 하면 될 줄 알았는데
telnet 접속은 계속되네요..
재부팅 하지 않고 가능한 방법은 없는지 궁금합니다.

그리고 xinetd는 ntsysv에서 설정을 바꾼 후에
service xinetd restart 이라 입력하면 변경된
설정이 변경되는지 알고 싶고요. 그렇지 않다면
xinetd에 고나장되는 데몬 스크립트파일은 어떤 것인지
알고 싶습니다. ^^;

/etc/xinetd.d/telnet

에서

disable= no
를

disable= yes
로 바꾸시면 될껍니다..

아참 그리고 service xinetd restart 하셔야겠죠

저 디렉토리에 있는 화일들이 각데몬에 해당하는 스크립트들입니다.
