[질문]winCVS사용방법

CVS를 하기위해서준비중입니다.
그런데 문서를 참조해봐도 윈도우즈용 CVS방법이 잘안나와서 잘몰겠습니다.
어떤분은 SSH로 CVS를 하는 원리가 자기폴더에서 작업하는것과같다고 하는데
wincvs로 프로젝트생성하는 방법부터 파일 올리고 수정하는 방법좀 알기쉽게 부탁드립니다.
인터넷에 있는거 따라해봐도 잘안되서 연락드립니다.

원격제어하는 프로그램으로도 쉽게할수있는방법좀 부탁드립니다.
