파이썬 쓰레드 관련 초보적인 도움 부탁드립니다.

btn_1categ 라는 버튼에 할당된 기능이 대략 10시간 이상 걸리는 작업인데 그 동안 창 자체는 응답없음이 뜨고 아무런 작동이 안되는 문제가 있어서 수정해 보려고 합니다.

인터넷 찾아가면서 필요한 프로그램을 만들어서 일단 기능 구현까지는 마쳤습니다만.... 이 부분은 검색해보니 Threading 또는 Thread 기능을 사용하면 되는 것 같은데 애초에 코딩을 제대로 배운것도 아니다보니 지금 상황에서 어떻게 적용해야 할지 감이 잘 오지 않네요.

도움 부탁 드립니다.

를 쓰면 된다고 하네요.
