리눅스 시스템 질문

안녕하세요
리눅스 처음 배우는 학생입니다
저는 putty 이용해서 리눅스 배우고 있습니다.

리눅스, bash, peace(서버이름인 것 같아요), putty, 우분투, GNU, shell, 터미널 등의 관계와 용도들을 잘 모르겠습니다..!

설명 좀 부탁드립니다..!

putty : MS 윈도에서 리눅스에 원격으로 접속하는 프로그램

우분투 : 리눅스 배포본 종류가 여러가지 있는데 그 중 하나

[리눅스]
os의 종류 중 하나. 오픈소스임
ex. 우분투리눅스
구성: kernel + shell

사용자 - shell - kernel

[kernel]
OS의 핵심 프로그램. 시스템 제어

[shell]
kernel과 연결되어 사용자의 명령어를 해석하여 커널로 보냄
kernel에 접근하기 위한 명령어 처리기이다. 
ex. bash(Bourne Again Shell)는 GNU(GNU is Not Unix) 프로젝트를 위한 command shell

[터미널]
사용자를 shell에 연결해주는 interface
ex. putty
정리해보니 이렇게 되는 것 같네요
