AIX (UNIX) 긴파일을 디렉토리로 인식합니다. 언어셋 문자인가요?

안녕하세요.

AIX JAVA 웹어플리케이션에서
파일복사를 할때 긴파일을 다른 디렉토리로 복사하는 로직에서, 아래와 같은 에러가 발생합니다.

담당업체에 문의한 결과 시스템 언어셋 설정이 잘못됐다고하여,
.profile , /etc/evironment 수정을 하여, 컴파일 적용을 바로했습니다.(컴파일: $. ./.profile (예))
재부팅이 필요한지요?

AIX는 처음이라 지식이 많이 부족합니다.
검색해도 잘 나오지 않아서 이렇게 질문을 드립니다.

5개의 시스템중에서 4개는 아래와 같은 에러가 발생하고 한개는 에러가 나지않습니다.

에러가 나지않도록 시스템설정이 필요하다고 하는데 저희로서는 여러가지 방법을
다 동원해도 잘 되지 않네요. 답변 부탁드립니다.
