251은 HoHo 디렉토리에 있는 sub 디렉토리 개수 입니다. "." 과 ".." 을 포함한 숫자 입니다.

12288는 크기를 의미하는데, directory의 경우에는 크기에 대한 파일과 조금 다릅니다. 보통은 4K 의 크기를 가지는데, 디렉토리의 목록이 커질수록 디렉토리 목록을 가지고 있기 위한 크기가 커질 수 있습니다. 이에 대해서는 https://askubuntu.com/questions/186813/why-does-every-directory-have-a-size-4096-bytes-4-k 에 좋은 답변이 있습니다.
