임베디드 보드 CF애 파일작성이 안됩니다.

안녕하세요.
임베디드 장비 내부에 cf를 리눅스로 구성하고 있습니다.
선임이 퇴사한바람에 방법을 모르겠네요ㅠ

미니컴으로 cf 내부에 루트권한으로 접속하고
별도의 프로그램을 동작시키고 해당 결과를 파일로 작성해서 이것을 불러와 사용하려고 합니다.
우선 cf가 read only로 되어있어서 이것을 write only로 바꾼 후 파일을 작성하고 다시 read only로 변경하려고 하는데요.

문제점은 이렇습니다.
1. 미니컴으로 부팅될 때 보면 한번씩 꼭 재시작을 합니다. 이유는 /dev/hda1에 inode가 없다는 등의 내용인데 잘 기억나지 않습니다.
pass 5 checking group summary information 이런 문구도 뜨더군요,.
2. 파일이 작성이 안됩니다.
3. 가끔 파일 입력을 위해 만든 파일이 지워져있습니다.

CF에 사용된 이미지파일을 수정안하고 미니컴에서 세팅하고 동작시키고 싶은데 잘 안되네요..
도와주십시오. 부탁드립니다.

아이노드 없는건 다른 컴퓨터에 물려서 마운트한 후 df -i 로 확인 됩니다.
아이노드 다썼다면 크기 0짜리 쓸모없는 파일 있는지 확인해서 다 지우고,
그걸로도 안되면 백업 받고 포맷하는거 외는 없습니다. 포맷할때 아이노드 수를 눌리는 옵션 넣어서 해야 되고. 아마 가용 공간이 조금 줄어들겁니다.
