어플리케이션 실행 타이밍 문제..

아리송하네요

호스트 컴퓨터에서 데이터를 받아 두대의 컴퓨터에서 같은 영상을 재생 하는 시스템이 있습니다.

문제는 영상 재생이 부드럽게 안된다는 점인데 ... 좀.. 아리송합니다.

영상 재생프로그램 단독으로 돌리면 프래임 재생 빈도가 뚝뚝 끈기는데

영상재생프로그램위에 또다른 윈도우 를 가져다 놓으면 프레임 재생이 부드럽게 됩니다.

상식적으론 반대가 되어야 하는거 아닌가요?

답변 부탁드립니다.!
