Visual studio 프로젝트가 생성되지 않습니다...

어셈블리어 프로그래밍을 오랜만에 하려고 비주얼스튜디오를 켜니까
프로젝트가 생성이 안됩니다 ㅜㅜ
stackoverflow 에서 말한 방법도 다찾아봤지만 안되고
무슨문제인지 모르겠습니다. 정말 한번만 도와주십시오 선배님들 ㅜㅜ

프로젝트 생성 -빈프로젝트 해서 만들면 이런 에러메시지가 뜹니다.

An error occured while creating or opening the C++ browsing database file C:\Users\a0nes\Documents\Visual Studio2015\Projects\ConsoleApplication1\ConsoleApplication1.VC.db.
IntelliSense and brwosing information will not be available for C++ projects.

remedy(s) to try:
Ensure that no other applications are accessing the file.

If this problem persists, delete the file and reopen the solution.

비주얼 스튜디오 재설치도 해보았습니다. ㅜㅜ

재설치 해도 안되면. 별다른 방법 없을거 같은데요. ㅇ_ㅇ;;

1. 오류 검색
2. 네이트온 원격지원 요청 (shintx@nate.com)
3. 관리자 권한 설치 및 실행
4. VS 초기화 및 임시폴더 삭제
5. 이것저것 재설치 및 초기화
6. VS2015 버전을 확인해서 다시 설치. (게중에 안되던 버전이 있어서 다른걸로 다운받아서 설치하니 된거 같습니다.)

visual studio 2015 완전삭제 ◆Web Tech - 복구 방법
vs_community.exe /uninstall /force
vs_enterprise.exe /uninstall /force

내껀 삭제가 안된다. ㅡ_ㅡ;;
vs_community.exe /? 를 하면 설명을 볼 수 있고.
vs_community.exe /repair 로 복구도 된다고 하네요.
