소켓프로그래밍 질문입니다.

서버는 vs2010환경에서 구현하고 클라이언트는 자바로 구현하려고 합니다
서버를 열어놓고 다른 컴퓨터에서 c로짠 클라이언트로는 접속이 잘 됩니다.
그런데 자바로 짠 클라이언트는 접속이 계속 안되네요..

어떠한 방법을 써도 java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect 이런 오류가 납니다..
최종적으로 목표는 안드로이드 스튜디오로 안드로이드 어플을 이용해서 서버에 접속하려고 합니다..
조언좀 부탁드립니다

다른 환경적인 문제가 있는 것 같은데요.

먼저 아이피/포트/방화벽을 확인해보시고, 자바 Exception Err 상세 내역을 올려주세요.

안드로이드(서버)-안드로이드(클라)끼리는 와이파이 잡고 하면 됩니다
윈도우(서버)-윈도우(클라)끼리도 와이파이로 됩니다.
그런데 섞으면 안되네요..
윈도우에서 윈소켓으로는 안되는건가요?

IOException:java.net.ConnectException:failed to connect to /192.168.0.17(port8888):connect failed:ETIMEDOUT(Connection timed out)

연결 자체가 안된건데요. LAN 상에서 connect timeout이면 접속요청이 상대에게 안간겁니다. 방화벽이 막고 있든지 확인하셔야겠네요.
