parted 사용시 파티션 정렬 문제

VirtualBox에서 아치 리눅스를 설치하기 위해서 파티셔닝을 하는데요
EFI 시스템 파티션을 가장 먼저 만들려고 보니
정렬 문제로 성능이 떨어진다는 메세지가 뜨는데
이것을 어떻게 해결할수 있는것인지 잘 모르겠습니다

4K 섹터 정렬 뭐라고 하는 그 문제일까요?
웹서칭을 해보니까 parted가 정렬문제를 자동적으로 해결해준다고 하던데

게다가 print명령어로 보면 물리적 섹터와 논리적!? 섹터의 크기가 모두 512로 나오거든요
어찌된것인지 모르겠습니다
