권한 설정이 편한 버젼관리툴은 어떤게 있습니까?

저장소에 Level1,Level2,Level3 이라는 디렉토리가 있으면

사용자 그룹도 Level1,Level2,Level3 이 있어서 각자는 자신의 디렉토리를 읽을수 있지만

각각 Level 1이 2,3 읽고 쓰기 다하고 2는 1읽지도 쓰지도 못하지만 3을 읽고 쓰고

3은 1,2 읽을수만 있게 하고 싶습니다.

이때 어떤 버젼관리 툴이 쉽고 유용한가요?

참 그리고 찾아보니까 git 같은 경우는 사용자 권한 관리와 관계가 멀다고 들었는데

git으로 권한 관리하는 방법 없을까요?

git에서 권한관리하기는 gerrit(http://code.google.com/p/gerrit/)을 이용하는게 편하다고 합니다. 원래는 코드 리뷰 툴이니 코드 리뷰도 할 수 있어서 좋습니다.
