gnu tar와 aix tar 압축 풀때 파일 길이로 잘리는 현상

이번에 aix 장비가 들어와서 파일을 옮기는도중에 이상한 증상이 있어서 조언을 구하고자 합니다.

사용하고 있는 장비 (linux)에서 -> aix로 tar로 파일을 묶어 전송할일이 생겨 tar cvfzp 옵션을 태우고 압축을 하였습니다.
이상이 없겠거니 하고 aix에서 압축을 풀고 서비스를 올리려나 class 파일들을 못찾는경우가 생기더군요..

확인을 해보니 경로와 file명이 길은 경우에 .class 파일의 확장자까지 풀리지 못하고 중간에 끊겨있습니다...

linux tar (gnu)와 aix tar의 차이점으로 인한 문제인것 같은데 (추즉입니다)
혹시 이 문제를 회피하거나 해결할수 있는 방법이 있는지 조언을 구하고자 합니다.

플렛폼이 달라지면 자바라도 class파일은 재 컴파일 해야하지 않나요????

jdk 버전만 동일하니 상관이 없더군요...^^
jdk5-> jdk5 였습니다...
