[질문] lilo 날리기

저는 80 하드를 프라이머리 마스터로 40 하드를 프라이머리 슬레이브로
사용하고 있습니다. 80에는 윈2000 프로가 있고 40에 리눅스를 설치했습니다.
리눅스에 문제가 있어 다시 설치하려고 하는데 80의 mbr에 설치되어 있는
lilo를 어떻게 날릴지 모르겠네요. 예전엔 부팅디스크로 부팅해서
fdisk /mbr 하면 다 날아갔는데 지금 윈2000 에선 부팅디스크를 만들 수도 없고 또 C:\에 보니 fdisk도 없는 듯 하구요.

lilo를 날릴 수 없다면 이거 그대로 두고 리눅스를 다시 설치해도 이상없을 지 모르겠네요?
