html & java script Parser(DOM)

html을 파싱하여 사용자가 화면에서 다른 주소의 이동이나 Action에대한 가능한 모든 조합의 정보를 미리확보할려고 합니다.
그런데 파일을 파싱하면 리소스/링크 등 다양한 Tag 와 html,Java Script,swf(의 클릭의 링크) 등이 조합으로 인한
사용자의 사용가능한 Action 정보를 미리 확보하는데 애매모호한 부분들이 있습니다.
혹시나 html 파일만으로 Java Script 변수라든가 함수들이 미리 처리된 DOM 을 읽을수 있는 좋은 방법이 있나요.
또는 Gecko 에서 html을 화면에 render 하기위한 html 내부 리소스를 가져오기 않고 html 파일만으로 DOM 을 생성할 수
있는 방법이 있나요.
