torrent 파일 만들 때요...

위키피디아 같은데서 보면
torrent 파일을 만든 컴퓨터에 대한 정보, 포함된 파일의 hash 값등이 포함된다고 하던데요.
그럼 torrent 파일에 그 파일을 처음 만든 컴퓨터의 ip 주소가 포함되는 건가요?
seed가 복수가 되면 tracker에서 seed들의 ip 주소를 관리할 수 있을 것 같은데,
처음 한 번은 전송받을 수 있는 ip 주소가 torrent 파일안에 있어야 할 것 같은데요.
시원하게 답변 좀 쏴주세요.

각 클라이언트 IP는 트래커에서 관리를 합니다.
토런트 파일에는 해당 데이타 관련 검증 및 트래커서버 지정이 되어 있습니다.
클라이언트는 정기적으로 트래커서버에 요청을 해서 정보를 갱신하게 되죠
