네이트온의 파일 전송방식..

FTP 서버를 사내에 구축해 파일공유하려고 하는데..
사용자들이 네이트온을 이용한 파일전송이 빠르고 편리하다고 반발하는군요.
네이트온이 그렇게 빠른가요?
어떻게 FTP 보다 빠른거죠?

이런 얘기겠죠.

FTP의 경우
1. 송신자는 FTP에 접속해서 파일을 업로드 한다.
2. 네이트온을 켜서 수신 대상자에게 "FTP에 xxx파일 올렸음"이라고 알린다.
3. 수신 대상자는 FTP에 접속해서 파일을 받는다.

네이트온의 경우
1. 네이트온을 켜서 수신 대상자에게 파일을 Drag&Drop으로 넣는다.
