리눅스 firefox 환경에서 acroread 8 에서 pdf파일 열 때 임시 디렉토리 변경할 수 있나요?

링크된 pdf파일을 열 때 /tmp/ 에 저장되어서 열리게 되어 있더라구요. 그런데 문제는 제가 그 서버에 권한이 없어서 /tmp/ 에 파일이 제대로 저장이 안된다는 겁니다. 그래서 제 홈 디렉토리에 한 번 저장한 수에 열어야 하는 불편이 있는데요.. 이 임시 저장 장소를 다른 곳으로 바꿔줄 수 있을까요? firefox 설정이랑 acroread 8 옵션을 아무리 봐도 찾을 수가 없네요...

혹시 해결책 아시는 분 답변 부탁드립니다.

환경변수 TMPDIR을 원하는 곳으로 설정한 다음 실행해보세요.

$ export TMPDIR=...
$ acroread 또는 firefox

acroread를 다시 설치하니 문제가 해결 되었네요.
