Postfix 질문입니다. (받는기능만 되고 보내는 기능 차단)

Postfix를 연구실 메일서버로 운영중입니다.

그런데 메일서버 용도를 외부로부터 받는 것만 가능하게 하게 만드려고 합니다.(외부로 보내는 기능은 차단)

smtp_destination_recipient_limit = 0
default_transport = zxcv

Q1) 이런식으로 configuration을 조정해서 외부로 보내는 것은 차단했는데, 자꾸 메시지 큐에 보내지지 않은 메시지들이 쌓이네요.
더 좋은 방법이 없는지 질문 올려봅니다.

Q2) 그리고 외부로 메시지 보내는 기능을 막아놨기 때문에, 이 메일 서버를 이용해서 메일보내기 기능을 이용할때마다
'메일 보내는 기능이 차단되어 메시지가 전달되지 않습니다' 라는 답장을 자동으로 회신하도록 하고 싶은데 방법이 있을까요..?

'The book of postfix'책을 읽고는 있는데, 잘 못찾는건지 어렵네요..
