jfbterm, zhcon 등을 검색해보시면 될거 같네요..

근데 보통 콘솔상태에선 굳이 한글 입출력이 필요 없는거 같던데요...

개인용으로 리눅스를 사용할때면... 보통 X환경에서 사용하는게 일반적이고...
서버용으로 리눅스를 사용할때면... 보통 콘솔로 직접 접속하기보다는... 원격제어(MS윈도우에서putty등을 이용해서 접속하거나, 리눅스 X환경에서 xterm등으로 접속하거나..)로 사용할테니 말이죠...

(위의 두 경우 모두 한글사용이 자유롭습니다)
