커널과 proc 파일 시스템에 대해서 ...

안녕하세요.

리눅스를 공부하다가 찾다 찾다 도저히 모르겠어서 이렇게 글 남깁니다.

다름이 아니라 커널 컨피그에서 proc 파일 시스템 enable하면 현재 시스템에 대한 정보를
/proc에 저장을 하자나요. 그 중에서 usb 인식 하는것 때문에 그런데요.
커널에서 usb 장치가 인식이 되면 /proc/partition에 나타나게 되는데
이과정에 대한 정보를 찾고 싶은데 알길이 없어서요.

마운트 하는 것이 아니라 단순히 인식하는 과정을 알고 싶습니다.
커널에서 어떤 루틴으로 들어가서 어떻게 /proc/partition에 정보를 남기는지 궁금합니다.
